Nival’s ‘King’s Bouty’ on Facebook

Fans of the King’s Bounty series of games will find a whole new place to enjoy that universe: Facebook! Nival, a global publisher of social strategy games, will publish King’s Bounty: Legions, which will be a turn-based social strategy game. Eager fans will be able to enjoy the game on the popular social network this summer. Best of all, players will be able to take on all of their friends to prove once and for all who the true King’s Bounty champion is for all time!

King’s Bounty: Legions is the very definition of a social strategy game, offering the combination of competitive, tactical gameplay with fun social interaction,” said David D Christensen, general manager of Nival’s North American operations and executive producer of King’s Bounty: Legions. “With its mixture of fun for both hardcore and social gamers, we like to think of King’s Bounty: Legions as the chocolate and vanilla swirl cone of Facebook gaming.”

King’s Bounty: Legions will offer 40 levels of play to begin and players will advance through the game by completing quests, engaging in tactical warfare and managing troops. Players will also take part in PvP battles against friends, PvE challenges against the smart AI and asynchronous battles for those times when schedules conflict. Separating King’s Bounty: Legions from other social networking games is its beautiful visuals. The game is being developed using the Unity 3D engine, which offers a graphical quality that rivals some of the most gorgeous games.

King’s Bounty: Legions will also be available for iOS and Android platforms soon.

The title is being developed by KranX Productions. King’s Bounty® and King’s Bounty: Legions™ are provided under license through 1C Company. Players interested in learning more about King’s Bounty: Legions can visit www.facebook.com/KingsBountyLegions.
